Selection Process
- Preliminary Exam (Objective) – Qualifying in nature
- Mains Exam (Written – Conventional) – Main scoring stage

Salary
Selected candidates will get attractive pay scales as per 7th Pay Commission:
- Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and equivalent posts: Level 9 (₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800)
- Other Administrative Posts: Level 7 to Level 9 depending on the post
- In-hand salary starts from approximately ₹55,000 to ₹70,000 per month (including allowances)
