- Written Examination (Offline OMR-based)
- Paper 1: For Primary Teachers (Class 1–5)
- Paper 2: For Upper Primary Teachers (Class 6–8)
- Qualifying marks: 60% for General/OBC, 55% for reserved categories (as per rules)
Salary (After Qualifying & Getting Job)
After qualifying UPTET and getting selected in teacher recruitment:
- Primary Teacher: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Pay Level 6)
- Upper Primary Teacher: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Pay Level 7)
