UPPSC PCS Mains Exam Date 2026:- Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially announced the Mains Exam Date for the Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination 2024. The Mains examination is scheduled from 29 March 2026 to 01 April 2026. This is the second stage after the Preliminary exam, and only candidates who cleared Prelims are eligible to appear. The entire PCS 2024 cycle (Prelims → Mains → Interview) aims to fill 220 vacancies in various administrative posts of Uttar Pradesh Government. Salary
Selected candidates are appointed in Group A & Group B services of Uttar Pradesh Government. Pay Scale → ₹9,300 – ₹34,800 (Grade Pay ₹4,200 – ₹5,400) earlier pattern, now revised under 7th Pay Commission Level 8 to Level 11 Starting In-hand Salary → ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 + DA, HRA, TA and other allowances (depending on post & place of posting)
