IBPS RRB 15th Recruitment 2026:- IBPS conducts this yearly recruitment for participating Regional Rural Banks. Selected candidates will work in rural and semi-urban branches, handling customer service, loans, agriculture banking, and general banking operations. The process includes Prelims, Mains (or Single Exam for Scale II & III), and Interview (for Officers). Local language proficiency is compulsory as prescribed by the participating RRB.

Selection Process
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Provisional Allotment
- Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Exam → Interview → Provisional Allotment
Document Verification and Medical Examination will follow after provisional allotment. Negative marking of 0.25 marks applies in objective tests.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive salary as per the rules of the allotted Regional Rural Bank (11th Bipartite Settlement / revised scales):
- Office Assistant (Clerk): Starting basic ≈ ₹24,050 → In-hand approx. ₹35,000 – ₹37,000 per month (including DA, HRA & other allowances).
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Starting basic ≈ ₹48,480 → In-hand approx. ₹74,000 – ₹77,000+ per month.
- Officer Scale-II: In-hand approx. ₹65,000 – ₹77,000.
- Officer Scale-III: In-hand approx. ₹80,000 – ₹90,000.
