Selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Foreman (Trainee) Grade-C with the following pay:
- Pay Scale: ₹31,800 – ₹1,00,000 (E-2 Grade) under IDA pattern
- In-hand Salary (approx.): ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (including allowances) during training period, which will increase after successful completion of training.
