Primary School Teacher (Class 1-5)

Qualification	Additional Requirements
Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) OR	Must have passed CTET / BTET Paper I.
Senior Secondary with 45% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (NCTE Norms 2002) OR
Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 4-Year B.L.Ed. Course OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Middle School Teacher (Class 6-8)

Qualification	Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education OR	Must have passed CTET / BTET Paper II.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed. OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 45% marks and B.Ed. (NCTE Norms 2002) OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and BAEd / BScEd.

TGT Teacher (Class 9-10)

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. OR	Must have passed STET Paper I.

4-Year Degree in BAEd / BScEd.

Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. OR	Must have passed STET Paper II.
Master’s Degree with 45% marks and B.Ed. (2002 Norms) OR
Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 4-Year BAEd / BScEd OR
Master’s Degree with 55% marks and 3-Year Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. Course.
